Lord Street, Liverpool


Laid out in the 17th Century by the Molyneux family to connect a bridge across the Pool to reach their lands in Toxteth Park. By the 1920’s, one of Liverpool’s main arteries connecting the riverfront via James Street to the shopping area around Church Street.
